Refund Policy

1. Clinical Services (Visits/Consultations)

If you prepay for a visit and need to cancel, any applicable refund or credit will follow the cancellation policy disclosed at the time of booking and/or in your intake paperwork. If a cancellation fee applies, it will be disclosed prior to charging.

2. Digital or Delivered Services

If you purchase an add-on service that is delivered (including a nutrition and/or workout plan add-on), it is nonrefundable once the plan has been delivered.

3. Products

If products are offered for purchase, return/refund eligibility (if any) will be communicated at the time of purchase.
